He was responsible for providing specialist advice concerning the analysis of delay claims and preparation of presentations to the Disputes Review Board panel. This 4 billion project was the second largest hydroelectric project under construction in the world at the time. David fulfilled a key site role on two particular fast-track projects in difficult working environment, Bishop’s Falls Newfoundland and Magpie Falls, Wawa.
