David Price Email & Phone Number | I am a person that likes to bear responsibility and welcomes challenges, who has performed multiple soccer roles that have attained an abundance of winning and profitable outcomes. I have played over 400 games at the college, semi-professional and professional levels, been a head coach for over 800 games, won two National Championships, been to three National Championship Finals and five Final Fours. I also worked with five professional teams, Bolton Wanderers, Long Island Rough Riders, New York Red Bull, New York Cosmos and Leeds United serving as a player, captain, academy head coach, academy assistant coach and scout. In combination with those achievements, I became a USL All-Star twice, a Captain and MVP of four different teams. In conjunction with those positions, I have been the Owner and Director of Coaching of Storm Soccer, NY, a youth coaching company which I started from the ground up in 1999. Storm was part of a very competitive environment including several MLS & USL clubs. Even with those conditions, I significantly expanded the company since its inception to coaching over 6500 players per week and employing 35 coaches at our peak. In addition, we had some of the highest levels of longevity of business partners (12 years), managers (14 years) and coaches (8 years) in the industry. Building a company and coaching teams had similar approaches and characteristics which help create profitable and winning programs. I applied traits such as embracing competition, clear and constant communication mixed with emotional intelligence, constant problem solving, creating high standards, values & no-excuse environments, excellent cultures, significant purpose and efficiency to all employees and players. In summary once I have committed to a cause I do this with dedication and I’m willing to make considerable sacrifices for it. With a broad background in both the business, playing and Coaching sectors, I believe my experiences and strong character will benefit the next step in my career.
