So, nowadays my niche is leading organizations to optimally solve challenging problems, but in a way that focuses on growing the people to rise to the occasion. It's amazing what some people can accomplish when you figure out the right way to set them up to tap into their true potential. If I am fortunate enough to continue growing and scaling my impact to be able to do more of that and reach more engineers in order to solve even more challenging problems, then I believe I will have truly spent my career and life on a worthwhile journey!
