The issue of Administration did not appeal to me much, and more so that of the markets, and more specifically the commercial area, in which I have been immersed for more than 20 years, mainly in the pharmaceutical industry. Going through sales positions for a few years, I had the option of opting for a position in Marketing as Product Manager, which helped me for 7 years to have a more complete vision of the commercial area, to understand the needs of all those involved in the process, and to confirm something that I already suspected, that teamwork is fundamental, in this area and in all. Experience in several products, with very different life cycles (launch, growth and loss of patent) and good results in all. I also learned a lot from contacts with the rest of the European affiliates and our headquarters, assimilating new ways of working. After these years there I had the opportunity to face a new challenge that had been turning around for a long time, which was team management, where I am now immersed, leading a senior team of sales representatives, accompanying them in a change of model, incorporating new skills and helping them develop individually and as a team. Meanwhile, I am still concerned about continuing to train in what I think can benefit me for today or tomorrow (training in different skills, MBA...) and allow me to face the challenges that arise.
