One of my greatest joys is learning the latest and greatest tools that are rapidly being released into the market to find ways to improve existing processes, make life easier and more effective for our engineers, and cut costs for our business by saving time in the area of infrastructure, cloud, and build/CI-CD Pipelines as well as environment management. Success occurs when my team performs at a high level and they come to work excited about what they are working on and the people they get to work with. People are the most important aspect of any company, and if barriers are removed to enable them to be effective, innovation is fostered and the business benefits from increased productivity.
