My interest in public speaking is a personal passion - to pursue the mission especially of opening doors for the physically disabled, especially visually impaired persons, using my story to inspire others to see the positive potential in persons without sight rather than limiting the possibilities due to society's tendency to underestimate those who are differently abled. I enjoy combining humor and hope to inspire change and encourage the education and achievement of success by all persons regardless of the differences they might possess separating them from mainstream society. I love to travel - as does my wife, Cheri, who shares with me this commitment to impact society's attitudes and especially to promote investing in the education of all children, regardless of background or physical characteristics, in all countries around the world and right at home here in the US.
