After proving my ambition and quick adaptation to the business I was hired full-time in a compliance role assisting in reviewing and filing confidential documents. I moved on to Customer Service and ended in Sales, a passion that was motivated by travel and a lucrative earning potential. When the Con Ed Solutions was acquired by Constellation, the work culture changed and I lost motivation. I took the severance and used the time and money to return to college and obtain an MBA. I shifted to a new position that would combine my past experience. I began a role in Project Management within the Arts and Entertainment Industry. Unfortunately, similar to many in 2020, my role was eliminated during the Covid-19 pandemic. Can't catch a break! However, mid to late 2020 I was offered to return in a new capacity. As of 2023, I currently manage 3 employees within the RDI department of Rosco. Our team handles the coordination of rentals of high value backings for film/tv production networks in North and South America.
