Listening well to the team and sensing where adjustments are needed Ensuring that EVERYONE feels equally VALUED within our branch (recognition, understanding, empathy) Individual coaching sessions with the team (what drives you, what are your goals, follow-up) Organizing and delivering sales training Recruiting new sales colleagues Monitoring our current sales strategy
