As CFO of MedSolutions, he executed the sale of the company to eviCore Healthcare and led the financial integration post transaction as CFO of eviCore. Earlier in his career, David spent nearly 10 years at inVentiv Health, Inc. (now part of Syneos Health), where he held a variety of financial leadership roles through the go-private sale of the company. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Lafayette College and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
