David stepped down as the Chairman of the Training Committee with the Commissioning Specialist Association (CSA) to become the Commissioning Subject Matter Expert role, for the UK DIT consortium (UKDT) assisting the Peruvian government, with the Infrastructure work, delivering the Panamerican Games Lima 2019, where he worked assisting and reporting directly to the Head of Infrastructure of the Lima 2019 senior team. David has a strong ability to visualise the practical aspects of the installation and is able to bridge the gap between the design intent to the site installation.
