Spearheading the Outdoor Gym project and presenting the idea to the Town of Whitby for funding, I partnered with the Rotary Club and continue to drive awareness and to gain funding to support this much needed Outdoor Gym. The Rotary Outdoor Gym is located at Heydenshore Park in Whitby and welcome everyone to take a look, a walk and enjoy what we, as a community help build. I follow my own lead and exercise daily to ensure a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy speaking in the community and I am always enthusiastic when a club, organization or a company request some of my time as their guest speaker to provide chiropractic and wellness guidance. With such experience and education in my field, I pride myself on educating others on the benefits of proper chiropractic care.
