I use a mix of humour, logic and a precise assessment of need to create a pathway to recovery. Whilst as a coach I use the same tools to move people to excel in their careers. I am the go-to-guy for many complex cases such as those whose ex partners are psychopathic, narcissistic acute manipulators (Dark Triadic personalities) and people with very complex needs such as psychosis. I founded Betterminds because I wanted to deliver the training I felt I needed when I was a frontline worker. I wanted to know the HOW to do it , as well as the WHAT to do, in order to deliver best practise for those we support. Betterminds delivers the science based tools and techniques that create sustainable positive changes. I have spent the last 15 years amassing the best techniques to help with motivation, change and to build self-esteem. Betterminds courses systematically address all the issues that evolve from the start to the conclusion of the treatment process and build the ‘how to’ toolkits which complements each training course we deliver. For example the MI course has over 200 specific solutions to deal with each motivation related issue that we face as practitioners.
