With a proven track record for trading premium lamb, beef, mutton and goat products, TFI specialises in meat processing and distribution globally across the retail, wholesale and food service sectors. TFI also exports high quality seafood through its Thomas Cappo Seafoods division and in March 2022, TFI announced it was expanding into plant-based protein products as part of a consortium including Australian Plant Proteins and AGT Foods Australia. This will see TFI establish a new purpose-built plant food facility in South Australia. Darren holds a Bachelor of Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, is a former inaugural chair and board member of Brand South Australia and a former member of the Economic Development Board.
