Darren Email & Phone Number | After studying ICT and Business in school, I went one step further by doing Business, ICT, CCNA, and Accounting in College as well as still continuing to learn more at work or in my spare time at home. After college, I worked in Asda where I learned a great deal about management, multi-skilling, and customer service after working my way up to the supervisory level after a year. I then took the opportunity to work for a Law Enforcement Agency and have been there since 2004 learning new skills all the time including project/service management (ITIL, Prince2, MSP), SQL, continuous service improvement, support, training, mentor/coaching, and more. I spent this time looking after ICT systems at varying levels and supervising/managing changes, people, and upgrades. I find it natural to take the lead on things and put myself forward for these tasks. My motto is "if you are not sure how it works or how to do it, then find out". I am now currently looking for that next step to push myself further whether that be with North Wales Police or taking a new career path. In my spare time, I enjoy family time, playing computer games, and blogging. In 2011. I started a new website for my local rugby club with the backing of the chairman to promote communication and information sharing amongst its members. The old website was outdated and not maintained which was all hosted at a cost to the club. I set up a free email and website (and suggested they take up more of a Social Media presence with a Twitter and Facebook account as well) and integrated them together. After solely running this and updating the information as it came in, to begin with, the club decided to take up the whole package and use it with multiple persons viewing, editing and signing up every day.
