I have developed, implemented and evaluated innovative health and wellness related programs as a fitness specialist, health and wealth coordinator, physical education teacher and exercise movement staff. Specializing in relaxation and stress management, I thrive on bringing unique and different approaches to each challenge. Having the foundation of knowing who I am and what my strengths are allow me to have confidence that each and every goal I set for myself is achievable and I am a benefit to those I serve.
