Driven by innovation, I always aim to shift the dial, viewing challenges from a holistic, strategic perspective. I find satisfaction in uncovering relevance and hidden potential within businesses and, through alignment of purpose, make significant changes to 'punch above our weight' and create lasting impact. I'm grateful for my peer recognition, including the 2016 Corporate and Private Telstra Businesswomen's Award (SA), Finalist 2017 National Retail Banking Awards for Executive of the Year, and two AHRI Awards for People Leadership and People Strategy.
