Darlene Fraser Email & Phone Number | From “Tiny Hearts” to “Broken Ones” While getting my car washed, I listen to an old friend tell me that his grandmother would turn over in her grave, if she knew he no longer attended church. He shared how his heart aches because his children weren’t getting the Christian education, we were privy to when we were young. His grandmother had a heart of pure gold. Well, the next thing I knew, I was starting a Christian education program, called “Tiny Hearts” for ages 5-7 years old via Zoom. It was actually less than a week after the carwash conversation that I decided why not take my 20+ years’ children’s ministry experience; my Christian education and teach. Why not? I am now the founder of Tiny Hearts, Inc., a non-profit Christian Education organization. “Woohoo!” There’s nothing better than seeing those shiny smiles – some with teeth and some with a few missing each Sunday morning. Surprisingly, they are wide awake and eager to learn. I bring biblical lessons and characters into a comprehensible, clear, and fun atmosphere that the children love. My year-end evaluation from their parents exemplified the same. Parent Evaluation Quote 12/20: Tiny Hearts has EXCEEDED my expectations. My child has learned so much. It’s great because she is able to understand how to use life experiences to relate to the Bible lessons. Keep up the great work!” One advantage of “Tiny Hearts” is that I’m able to reach children from all over. Not just in CT but as far away as Facetime takes me. I look forward to sharing my heart and wisdom with theirs. Being laid off a few years ago from a great job made me feel like WOW (I know, not a typical response to no more steady income)! But I just felt like for the first time, since forever, I can take a little time just for me. I can wake up late, watch reruns of Criminal Minds and just allow my "go-get em" brain to relax. Eventually…I thought, I would return to that "go-get em" lifestyle. Well…WONDERFULLY – that never happened. I put my heart to my fingers and my mouth. I wrote three Christian "self-help" (working on the fourth) books in less than two years and have broadened my Life Coaching Field – reaching the broken in heart.
