I have spent the majority of my life in the pursuit and collection of “story.” I seek out tales and personal narratives of the uncanny and anomalous! This process includes Vernacular-tales of tradition, festival, and love. I have single handedly collected over three-hundred stories. These are new and original tales that I have personally pulled from the field. I'm not an "Arm-Chair Folklorist." I don't lazily pull from Google or photocopy from a book! I retrieve new pieces of lore from the field. I make it a point to actually talk to "The Folk!" I have built three Folklore themed tours using some of the information I have pulled from the field. These are... The Original Provo Utah Ghost Tour. The Provo Faerie Walk A.K.A "The Three Minute Mile" or "The Provo Vortex." The Great Cache Valley Ghost Tour! All three of these were built with fieldwork, not Google. I also give folklore themed presentations to and for: Schools, Universities, Libraries, Festivals, Conventions, and for Private Gigs. Projects I am Currently working on include: Imaginary Friend" asking the question, What if the Imaginary Friend isn't all that imaginary? "The Death of The Festival In The First World Country."
