Daniel Szatkowski Email & Phone Number | As a member of the Immunotoxicology group, I independently execute a variety of endpoint assays in nonclinical toxicology studies which support first in human safety profiles on various early pipeline drug programs. I perform a multitude of endpoints analyzing lymphocyte subsets utilizing flow cytometry, including phenotyping, receptor occupancy, IFN-induced pSTAT evaluation, lymphocyte activation, as well as other biomarker evaluations. Additional assay experience includes ELISA (TDAR and Complement Analysis), Electrochemiluminescence-MSD (Bridging Immunogenicity and Immunoglobulin Isotyping), Luminex bead assays (Multiplex Cytokine Release Assessment), as well as tissue culture techniques. While being proficient in data acquisition softwares such as FACSDiva, MSD Discovery WORKBENCH, and SoftMax, I also have the capacity to perform Part 11 assessments on software and data acquisition systems to maintain data integrity and assess technical and procedural gaps in data compliance. More than 11 years of experience working in a GLP environment has allowed me to be a leader and consultant within my group for GLP-related issues and departmental SOPs as well as a committee member on organization equipment SOPs. While pursuing graduate studies in toxicology, I hope to increase my scientific knowledge and develop greater abilities for assay development and research investigation.
