A native to Illinois I started my career in financial services with Hewitt Associates. At Hewitt I got my first taste of the retirement industry in their participant services division. This experience allowed me to learn many aspects of the health and welfare, 401k, and pension plans. My next career move was to Northern Trust Company where I started as a benefit payments specialist. In this role I expanded my client relationship skills working daily with various HR Directors, record keepers, and account managers. This was a crucial growth period of my career confirming my desire to continue my path with the retirement division of financial services. After 2 years with Northern Trust I was approached by Hewitt with a special opportunity to become an Implementation Business Analyst. In this role I lead clients through the onboarding process from start to finish and trained our clients on the tools we were providing for them. Today I’m back with Northern trust working as a Senior Officer, Client Services in the Benefit Payments division. I’ve gained great experience along the way and have seen many successes both personally and for the teams I’ve been a member of.
