In that capacity, I partnered with senior line leadership and human resource teams in many ways, including investigation of complex discrimination and harassment matters, providing risk analyses to reduce the possibility of costly and disruptive litigation and advising on conflict management and diversity matters to promote productive work environments. I earned a certification in managerial excellence from the American Management Association and hold an advanced certificate in conflict resolution from the Cornell School of Industrial & Labor Relations.
