It's also informed by one important truth: sustainable positive change will only come when all people are included, all voices are heard, and we are guided by a shared vision of justice and hope. In recent years this approach has worked well: I have led several nonprofits to order-of-magnitude growth, helped inspire growing public engagement, and proudly celebrated some really nice successes.
