Of particular note for my achievements was a 25% reduction in the Wolfspeed diode process flow and qualification of the Wolfspeed Schottky diode product family on our new 150mm process flow. This served as the pilot qualification for the larger diameter wafer factory line. Since then my responsibility has grown to include high power MOSFET product flow ownership. In past positions as part of internationally known corporations and several start-ups my responsibilities included personnel management (as many as 26 direct reports), product delivery and customer support for a remote mixing facility, setting up a factory QA lab (documenting procedures for testing and calibration to ISO 9001:2008 standards), purchasing/implementing SPC software, customer presentations and providing safety training to factory personnel. Prior to this I spent 10 years as a photo and etch process engineer in the semiconductor industry for Motorola and Integrated Device Technology (IDT) which included tool and process layer ownership. I enjoy being in the trenches of a fab and look forward to my next experience to get my hands "dirty" in a clean room.
