In January 2020, I successfully applied to become the Technical Specialist supporting the Eastern Zone. In May 2023, I moved into the role of Director, Workers’ Compensation Claims Operations, continuing to support the Eastern Zone. In December 2023, I moved back to a Technical Specialist role and was asked to support our Chicago and Assigned Risk teams in the Central Zone. My goal is to find the most challenging and rewarding career for me to utilize my significant Workers’ Compensation experience and superb managerial skills.
