  Dan Mickle is a A long story short. I had been in the I.T. world for almost 25 years when I woke up and decided to follow a passion. I went back to school to earn a B.S. and then an M.S. in Sports Psychology. As a volleyball coach of 20+ years, I found that I loved working with the mental side of the game. It did not matter if I was coaching the youth population or at the professional level, I just wanted to help players reach their peak performance. In 2016, I launched Soul Performance Academy to help bring mental skill training to the Central Pennsylvania area. I found that athletes, performing artists, and workers in the corporate world have many of the same traits, problems, and training needs. Being in my 40's with a family of 5, this was a scary decision, but I wake up every morning glad I took the risk. I am excited to see what the future holds and how I can help more people in all levels of life. In 2018, I decided to take another risk can return for another M.S. This time in Learning Technologies and Media Systems. As I started working with more online courses, I realized there was a need for training in this field. I happily earned my second M.S. in 2020 from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. I am currently working towards a Ph.D, but more on that later...
