Effort included 50 IT team members, lasted over 12 hours. Managed migration project to new EDI Package called Transcepta. It was successful and we deployed to over 150 vendors, other being added daily Successfully completed a major migration to the new Akeneo PIM (Project Information Management) system. The tool feeds enriched merchandising details to 3 major web sites, which are selling millions of dollars in merchandise daily. Working on current Oracle 12.2.3 migration to 12.2.8, major work effort critical to the company. Over 30 interfaces, the system support 3 major brands and used by thousands of users. I am one PMO team member playing a major role in the build out and deployment of the Planview PPM PRO. We are building out Time Management, Request Management, and Change Management, using PPM Pro, Agile Lean Kit and Project Place.
