In 2013, Cynthia was nominated for her awareness campaigns and documentaries as a Yacht World Hero. In 2015, Cynthia became PADI certified and traveled across the world to Malaysia to plant coral onto artificial reefs. The coral reefs in Malaysia are 90% decimated due to dynamite fishing and the coral gardening helped bring back marine life to Pom Pom Island and the native water gypsies. After learning how to propagate coral, Cynthia was invited to speak about her experience to several Universities at the Grand Global Peace Meet up in India. In 2017, Cynthia became an Advanced Conservation Diver in Thailand. She continued her hands on work in the ocean and planted coral onto electric artificial reefs, learned how to make a Morey Buoy line, collected invasive species and monitored fish populations for the Thai Government. ales Associate with 3 + years of experience in retail environments.
