I've been been in the IT industry for 15+ years and, somewhat uniquely, have a master’s degree in counseling while also holding a bachelor's in entrepreneurship/strategic management. This diverse skill set has given me the opportunity to consult with hundreds of organizations and, of course, a diverse set of people and cultures. My most recent areas of focus include web performance, application security, and content delivery for Fortune 500 E-Commerce, Travel/Hospitality, and Oil/Gas customers. I have also consulted and/or led initiatives across a broad range of domains including org structure and operational strategy, risk assessment, project management, staff development, product development, and business continuity planning. In short, I am a self-motivated, lifelong learner with a teachable spirit. I value people, personal and organizational growth, leadership, candor, creativity, and delighting clients.
