This the relocation of the entire registry of the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) of Kenya. The project involved moving more than 6 million files containing confidential documents on vehicles registered in Kenya since 1952. NTSA had expected the move to last for 4 months but we completed it within 45 days. 3. In July 2015 I moved a 1X20' container of house hold goods from the Kenyan interior town of Nanyuki to Great Britain. More than 70% of the items were antiques some as old as 300 years, irreplaceable and priceless. The move was so successful that upon completion, the client sent me an email, a part of which saying: "Everything arrived and all went well. Your guys in Kenya were 1000% better than the guys here in UK". I had personally, scouted, recruited and trained these guys. 4. In 2014 I successfully relocated the Catholic Relief Services (CRS) entire camp (office furniture, prefabricated houses, generators, camping equipment, etc) from Daadab in Kenya to Juba in Southern Sudan. In addition to the volume, there was additional challenge from insecurity and bad weather. Project was completed with 14 days as planned. 5. In 2012 I oversaw the office relocation of Barclays Bank of Kenya Head office in Nairobi. This move involved more than 500 employees' files, computers and furniture. The move involved various departments from different office sites and it was done without causing the bank down time. 6. In 2019 I successfully led Nellions Moving & Relocations to open a branch in Uganda which is profitably running to date 7. In 2022, I was appointed to the Core Members Board of the International Association of Movers as one of the two representatives for the African continent. The intention is to help lift up the moving industry in Africa 8. In 2023, as the CEO of Nellions, I participated and graduated from the Stanford Seed Transformation program led by the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
