Cornelius Znd is a A Canadian born rocket scientist with an MBA, my primary objective is to work towards a sustainable human presence in space through the conception, development, and exploitation of new and financially sustainable space business activities. In a previous life I was the Founder and CEO of Satellite Squared Limited, a UK based space start-up whose mission was to provide hardware and services which boost the power available to satellites and vehicles in orbit. I am an alumi of the very first Entrepreneur First program in Paris (@Station F), having worked on a project (AstraVia) related to reducing the cost / kg to orbit, improving launcher flexibility and mitigating space debris. Additionally I give lectures at both the Toulouse Business School (TBS) as well as the International Space University (ISU) in Strasbourg. My academic areas of expertise include business planning, parametric financial modeling, and value analysis. The classes and workshops that I perform are directly influenced by my ongoing experience in the space industry. Other objectives and interests include space and science education, as well as environmental awareness, sustainability, and green initiatives.
