In this role, I am a member of the senior leadership team and design our organizational strategy for the short and long term. I also lead a team of amazing people who create and run a range of capacity-building offerings for policymakers, social entrepreneurs, practitioners, and others. I guide this work from the accumulated wisdom gained over twenty years of experience transforming the conditions and experiences that shape the lives of young children and their families. I am currently quite interested in policies, programs, and ideas at the intersection of climate change and early childhood development.
