I used skills from these years when I obtained a position with OnBank as a teller then mortgage payoff officer and finally mortgage processor before the Bank was sold. Upon closure of the bank, I was recommended to the owner of Mullen Industrial Handling Corporation where I was given full control of the service department. This entailed receiving and scheduling all service calls, entering all data into the system, handling any customer complaints, invoicing and any credit issues. I moved to PA in Oct 2001 and started with NTN Bearing Corporation in March 2002. My first position with NTN was as a sales coordinator. I handled a large customer account base. Within three years I was promoted to Operation Manager. Once NTN consolidated all warehousing to the Chicago and Atlanta locations, my position was changed to Customer Service Supervisor / Office Manager. I remained in this position through the next five years. At that time all sales offices were consolidated to Mt. Prospect IL. I was offered a supervisory position in the new call center however for personal reasons, chose to remain in Pennsylvania. In Aug 2010 Anesthesia Services and Products Inc. hired me as their Administrative Coordinator. I handled the all incoming orders, quotes, contracts and complaints as well as placing orders with vendors. This position was eliminated in June of 2011. It is my objective to secure a full time position that will allow me to make use my current skills while learning and perfecting skills specific to this position enabling me to be an asset to the Company.
