Over the years I have participated in transforming the business from an IT technology vendor to providing a wide range of products and services to the education sector worldwide. Prior to my role as CEO at RM ESI, I spent 10 years at Deutsche Software (a Deutsche Bank company) leading large projects and setting up and managing their operations in the US. I began my IT/ITES career at a large construction company in the UK, growing through the ranks from developer to business leader. From there, I moved to Titan Industries and was instrumental in automating their sales network across India. My experience and skills are in the following areas: • Business and technology strategies for offshore services • Leadership and management • Motivational management • Talent acquisition • Project and programme governance and management • Integration of international business process flows • Financial controls
