Collins' own health journey and life experiences sparked her passion to help others learn about the powerful role that food and lifestyle play in healing the body, mind and spirit. Collins received a certificate in Integrative Wellness Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where she learned how to help clients adopt new emotional, physical, behavioral and lifestyle habits to enhance overall health and well-being. Following that program she received a certificate in brain health at Amen University. In addition, she spent 20 years at Condé Nast, a premier media company, where she led teams in strategic marketing, sales and corporate events and had to deliver seamless experiences for CEO’s, clients and executives. She was known for being a dynamic leader, who motivated her teams to achieve goals, develop their skill and learn the art of collaboration. In her career she won 8 company awards among them are: Collaborator of the Year for all of Condé Nast, Innovator Team Award and Salesperson of the year. Collins moved full-time from Rye, NY to Vermont with her husband and 2 sons where she joined her father on Maple Tree Farm, a Hereford cow breeding farm and became the “weekend” farm manager. The Vermont Experience (VTX) showed her the art and science of balanced living. This combination of wellness training, corporate event planning and insider knowledge of the Southern Vermont locale makes Collins uniquely qualified to craft & execute the VTX wellness programs.
