I have worked on real-time Computer Vision projects, using OpenCV, image processing, SIFT/SURF/FAST/BRISK feature detectors, contour tracing, RANSAC, camera calibration (lens parameters), stereo camera calibration -- for applications like 3D camera motion estimation based on tracking markers or natural feature points. I am familiar with applications of RNN to tasks like language translation, and CNN to tasks like image segmentation (identifying many of the objects in an image, accurately determining their shapes/outlines). I can read published papers and implement the latest ideas, and perhaps innovate. At Canon, I was the sole developer of both a Unity plugin and a TechViz XL plugin for Canon's augmented reality HMDs.
