Through thousands of transactions worth of repetition, I have learned how to provide fantastic customer service and help account holders find solutions to their financial situation, or get in contact with the right department to find ways to further their financial future. Oh course out of all the positive customer interactions there have also been plenty of negative ones as well, so I have also become very proficient at defusing conflict, and handle aggressive customers.
