To deploy in support of Homeland Defense or Defense Support to Civilian Authorities •System Administrator to maintain over 200 pieces of equipment including: computers, printers, switches, patch panels, wireless routers, video teleconferencing equipment, VOIP phones, cell phones, and radios •Worked as Desktop Support for DCE Region I •Managed over 30 users daily, during conferences and natural disasters managed over 100 users •Streamlined DCE transition from ARNORTH email to Army Enterprise Email by partnering with G6 staff to migrate DCE users •Maintained and was accountable for Commercial Off the Shelf and tactical communication equipment valued at over 1 million dollars •Government Purchase Card holder, made purchases for the office and maintained records for the credit card •Created a continuity book for all Region I communication equipment of how to operate equipment •Created and managed two Social Media Sites for DCE Region I, Facebook and Twitter
