Cmr Jonathan Mariano Email & Phone Number | When I think about why I am here –the satisfaction I find working at Novartis, helping teach field associates the different approved methods to engage customers through a seamless omnichannel approach - I think of my own purpose origins. Growing up as an only child in upstate NY, I loved using my imagination and dressed up as different superhero’s – wanting save the world. I played out impossible scenarios - that only I could solve in my tights and cape - to help people everywhere! When I was just 6 years old, I exchanged the hero costume for a new one ...a three piece suite....my dad, a tenured pharmaceutical rep, put me in a suit & tie and took me on sales calls. It was then, I realized that I could truly help people – not by flying or fighting - but through communication (which it turns out my skillset was better suited for!) I loved the idea that by sharing information, I could help HCPs and patients alike! After 20 years in the field, I now am finding new ways to help others by empowering our field force with innovative ways (personal and non-personal) to share information with HCPs and ultimately help more patients. I am the Director of Omnichannel Customer Engagement Skills at Novartis.
