Coordinate with staff regarding technical requirements. • Quantify the risk value and be able to provide mitigating contractual language or project-related solutions to minimize the risk. • Recruit and select superior subcontractors and suppliers and maintain a base of qualified and motivated trade contractors and suppliers. • Negotiate prices, terms and rebates with suppliers, manufacturers, and trade contractors and administer contracts. • Contract administration to include procurement, change orders, & contractual documentation. • CPM schedule development and monthly progress reporting. • Advise company President and COO on cost and schedule fluctuations, changes in material availability, or other factors affecting risk or revenue on the proposal. • Coordinate with onsite Project Superintendent to oversee project compliance with technical specifications and measure project completion. • Travel to clients regionally in New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Colorado and Utah. • Develop new and old clients to grow them into a diversified customer base by identifying potential clients, cold calling, performing client visits, and attending conferences.
