I build teams, bringing disparate groups of people and their skills together to solve difficult organisational problems, always focussed on delivering business value and service to our customers. I've successfully used this approach my entire working life, from putting together multi-million dollar capital plans, to managing complex software performance testing, to producing strategies and governance frameworks for regulatory requirements, to moving over 700 staff across 3 campuses.
