I'm an internationally-published author with a belief that nature connection is at the heart of creating a happier, more peaceful and more sustainable world. Through Mindfulness of Nature (www.mindfulness-of-nature.com), I write, run mindfulness workshops and work with people 1:1 with the aim of reconnecting people with themselves and nature. Prior to that, I worked in wildlife conservation for 10 years for the World Land Trust and Birdlife International, working with people from all over the world.
