Claire Semple is a After my degree, I ventured into the world of massage with diplomas in both Swedish and Remedial Sports massage. Over the last ten years, I have gained experience with a variety of sports from football, athletes, weightlifters, footballers to roller derby skaters. Presently I am sports therapist to successful SWPL team Dryburgh Athletic and also am also with Dundee United FC Academy. Within my busy city centre clinic, my services are sports/deep tissue massage, rehabilitation, mobilisation, MET, manipulation, dry cupping and sport taping. As well as running my own busy private clinic and working with two football clubs, I am working towards a MSc in Football Science and Rehabilitation. Even though football related, course content can be used in any sporting background for both team and individuals. My previous role was a Supply Lecturer at Dundee and Angus College. Delivering in the areas of Science; DNA & Genetics, Cell Biology, Animal & Plant Culture & Anatomy & Physiology. In Sports; Nutrition, Fitness & Health & Nutrition for Sports Performance. My goals are to make my business as successful as possible, give therapists the opportunity to begin work in the therapy world and offer positions in my clinic to build their confidence and skills and have a few therapists work under the umbrella of Semple Therapies. Personal business goals is to venture in different sports and work with teams and individuals both home and abroad in their fields.
