We discover and engineer therapeutic antibodies to treat a broad range of diseases, some with a current unmet medical need, aiming to deliver best-in-class therapies. By working in my group my team develop a broad skillset, primarily performing antibody selections experiments with Yeast and Phage display platforms, designing new antibody libraries and optimising existing antibodies for improved function. We have a strong focus on teamwork both in the lab and across all the programmes on which we deliver. My personal areas of leadership expertise are as a group leader, scientific programme team leader and matrix and line management. I have business expertise in scientific liaison/alliance management, and various due diligence exercises.
