Food is something that I've been involved with since I was 12, when I started a fresh squeezed lemonade business continuing through high school, when I first worked many different kitchen positions at The Playboy Club in Lake Geneva (now the Grand Geneva Resort and Spa) I've had the opportunity to work with culinary favorites such as Wolfgang Puck, John Sedlar, Mark Miller, and more, earned a BA in Hotel Restaurant Management from UW-Stout, and have learned so much about the restaurant industry along the way. In 2018 Public Table was opened. www.public-table.com I am a founding partner in this concept and have enjoyed the experience of developing a brand from conception! I have a strong interest in real-estate, and currently own a multi-use building that is home to Public Table. Various properties have been in my portfolio over the years, and I enjoy the pursuit of quality real-estate investments. I bring this knowledge to my professional life at Halo, where many of my accounts are in the restaurant and franchisee business. With my experiences, I'm able to better understand the unique needs of my clients, and therefore be proactive with each of them. And because it is something that I am passionate about in my own life, I feel that I am able to bring that passion to my clients, and speak with them on a common ground that can truly strengthen our professional relationship. I believe the most important aspect at this point is my career is to give back to my family, team and to the community each day. I am on an American Red Cross Board and an advisory board for Hunger Task Force. These positions involve the traditional aspect of donating Time + Talent + Treasure. Interactive philanthropy ...... I often donate an evening of cooking through various organizations silent auctions. The donation allows me to cook at the winner's home a four-course meal for a party of ten or more. Not only do I get to meet interesting people who purchase the dinners, but it's all done to raise for charities that I am proud to be a part of. Wishing you Peace + Smiles. Christopher
