What happened to focusing on providing excellent service to every customers? It was at this time that I realized my calling. My entire life, I have been a facilitator. In high school, I was the connective tissue in my group of friends; in college, I was the one organizing study groups and tutoring; I volunteered with the Hillsboro Police Department as a Police Cadet; and I have spent my career in sales and customer service positions, I approach every situation with compassion, empathy, and sympathy.
