I am currently with Freeport LNG in the USA performing the role of production planning manager responsible for the onsite forecasting, production engineering, feed gas scheduling and laboratory teams reporting directly to the COO, which includes implementing initiatives to drive operations excellence and liaising with the engineering and corporate teams. I previously worked with Cheniere Energy in the role of the PSM supervisor at the Sabine Pass LNG facility responsible for a team of 5 direct reports tasked with monitoring and reporting PSM KPI’s. This also included facilitation of site PHA’s. Prior to my promotion into the PSM supervisor role I was the front line Process Engineer responsible for the front end of all the LNG trains and supported Cheniere’s first facility outage as the process engineering focal point. Prior to my role at Cheniere I worked for INPEX Australia where I held multiple positions including the Utilities engineering team lead, the LNG trains commissioning team lead, acting engineering team leader in Darwin, and achieved my promotion to senior process engineer. In the first couple of years with INPEX my responsibilities included development of the operations applications, providing support for the process design team in Yokohama to address design issues utilising my previous operations experience, the onshore teams focal point for Process Safety and as a standing member of the INPEX operations process safety committee. Prior to working at INPEX, I was the facility process engineer at the Woodside North West Shelf LNG Facility in Karratha. Specifically in the LNG Trains 4 & 5 (Name Plate capacity of 4.4 Mtpa) Facility team. Which included the common three fractionation trains which produced propane, butane, and condensate. During my time in the Woodside role I lead various improvements in technical integrity management, provided site technical change management training, provided support for equipment breakdowns, and supported major shutdowns and subsequent start-ups. I completed my graduate training at Woodside, where I rotated through 3 different roles, Facility Process Engineer for the OIL FPSO Northern Endeavour, Short Term Production Forecaster for the North West Shelf and lastly in a Process Safety / Risk Role in the Woodside Development team.
