I performed system outage execution owner roles serving as the single point of contact for high impact projects. I was a component maintenance optimization engineer over the large motors program. I managed 56 4kv motors through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting repairs, and securing capital funding for replacement of long range plans. I was a senior design procurement engineer. I established the technical and quality requirements for materials and services. I developed item equivalences for mechanical and electrical obsolete components. I reviewed and approved third party commercial dedication plans for use in safety related systems. I utilized Maximo, DOCUMENTUM, legacy retrieval tool, Synchro, and Microsoft Products for core business activites. Currently, I am a senior procurement engineer for NextEra. I create commercial grade dedication evaluations to allow commercial parts to be installed in safety related systems. I conduct item equivalencies ensuring the design basis criteria is maintained while obsolete items are being replaced with readily available ones. I conduct Part 21 evaluations and partner with site regulatory and design engineers to report any industry findings. I'm an EPRI representative promoting cross functional learnings within the Nuclear industry. Nuclear Asset Management System is the software used for performing my role.
