Under my leadership, we achieved record sales (+250M€) and profitability, improved customer satisfaction, and leveraged 5G, IoT, fiber, AI, cloud, and climate tech innovations. I have also been the CSO and led or contributed to several strategic initiatives, such as: • Tens of M&A projects • A 1.3 BEUR IPO • Brand strategy • Data/AI strategy • Tech selection • Start-up collaboration • IT stack renewal • Culture development These initiatives contributed to DNA’s 5x increase in market cap and recognition as one of the best places to work and most valuable brands in Finland. Prior to DNA: • Established one of history’s largest open-source foundations. • Helped an OEM set up a novel way to do smartphone product development. • Headed an international consultancy business. • Developed strategies for public broadcasters, operators and network vendors. • Assessed and improved processes of several companies using the EFQM model. • Managed +100MEUR procurement projects. • Spoken at several international conferences. Left DNA in Q1/24. Now enjoying life while taking in-depth courses in AI/LLM and sustainability.
