Review FAA and FCC databases to identify and verify any existing filings on sites. Run FAA Airspace and FCC TOWAIR analyst and review the report results. Process/order AM station, Interference/Intermodulation and RF EME/NIR studies. Analyze the report results. . Verify FAA marking and lighting requirements. PO processing and tracking. Order compliance services for NEPA/SHPO, Tape Drop location, Structure surveys (1A/2C), etc… as necessary. Vendor management of services ordered, completed and job completion approvals. Obtain and manage compliance data. Contact leased site owners to: update existing filings, obtain Programmatic Agreement Letters (PAL) / Collocation Exemption Letters (CEL), etc... and work to help bring structures into compliance. Upload and track documents in Siterra database. Generate report to Regional Lead and/or Project Lead as necessary/requested.
