She has worked with various organisations including CRISIS, the Prison Phoenix Trust, MIND, universities and schools, Oxfordshire Homelessness,Howard House Detox Centre, The Women's Service, Women's refuge centres. She has drawn her influences from years of learning but more recently with the Red School, Maya Luna, Jewels Wingfield and Kimberley Ann Johnson which all emphasis the importance of listening to our strengths, vulnerabilities and inner wisdom. Christina has made this course Yoga For Menopause, from the lessons she has learned as she transitioned though peri menopause and landed in menopause. She has emerged with more understanding of herself and how staying in her truth, although this was sometimes difficult has been very empowering. Staying embodied through her yoga practice has been the foundation that kept her coming back to kindness, honesty, boundary making and rest. She hopes by sharing these insights, wrapped up in nourishing yoga sessions you will gain a greater understanding of how this time can bring you a wealth of gifts - even if right now that’s not how it feels. She has also had a Therapeutic Bodywork and Craniosacral Practice for 30 years. Encouraging clients nervous systems to realign, come back into balance and find more peace in their lives.
